PROGRAM DESCRIPTIONS:
Fit For The Holidays - Programs are designed with all fitness levels in mind.  This program is Highly recommended for  those wanting to lose body fat while building lean muscle and boosting the metabolism. Classes are designed to shape and tone the body without building bulk.


Benefits: Superior Muscle Shape and Tone, Cardiovascular conditioning, increases flexibility, strength, balance and self esteem, increases and maintains bones density and lean muscle as well as maximum metabolic increase and fat loss.


Define It—  Defining  your new sculpted look. Achieve breakthroughs in definition  and strength for the lean muscular look you always wanted.  This is a transformation program that combines muscle growth & fat loss.  A great way to define your whole body in a short amount of time.

WHEN & WHERE:
Fit for the Holidays will run Monday, Tuesday & Thursday, beginning  October 18th – December 15th , 2011.
Classes are approx. 50 minutes.
All classes are held at Full Body Fitness Studio at 177 Nunn Jent Rd, Marion, KY, just off Chapel Hill Rd.

Paid Registration by October 15th is $135.00.  Payment plans available.
Late Registration after October 15th  is $150.00.

Spring Into Fitness Now !

It is time to get your summer look, shed those winters pounds.  Are you getting ready for a special event this summer, graduation, class or family reunion, a wedding? Spring Into Fitness can do just that. Spring Into Fitness begins Tuesday, April 19th  and goes thru May 26th, we offer 8 classes a day for you to choose from. 6am, 7:40am, 8:30am, 10am, 4pm, 4:45pm, 5:30pm and 6:30pm. Classes are approx 40 minutes and are designed to work for anyone. Our packages are also designed to fit everyone’s schedule and budget. 
All Inclusive - $139 – Attend unlimited number of classes, access to cardio room, meal plans, recipes, support, motivation and much more.
Monthly Membership - $20 monthly, class discounted to $5 per class, unlimited access to cardio room, support and motivation.
Pay as you Come - $7 per class, as with all packages we will offer you support and motivation you deserve.

Thursday is last day of Fit for Spring

A few announcements:

Hope everyone has enjoyed your year so far with some great workouts.  Tomorrow is our last day for Fit for Spring 2011.  We will start back April 19th , Tuesday with Spring into Fitness 2011.  Anyone who has participated in Fit Camp or Fit for Spring will again receive a discount to participate in Spring into Fitness.  Regular price for the 6 week session is $139 but for you as current members for 2011 receive a discount and will be able to participate for $119.  I have some great ideas for the next session and you will love the recipes.  Remember if you refer a friend be sure they let us know when they sign up, that counts on your referral card and you will receive an additional discount when you refer 10.

Spring Break is next week.  Hope you enjoy and have great weather.  One of our members suggested this idea last summer and I didn’t get around to it. But , As a take off of the Crittenden Press, Where in the World is the Crittenden Press, Full Body Fitness is “Taking our Fit with Us”.  So take one of your Full Body Fitness T shirts with you on your Spring Break or any trip and send us a picture. If you don’t have a FBFS shirt, we do have some you can purchase.  I hope everyone has a great Spring Break.  Take a break from weights and basic exercise, but don’t forget to get your cardio in.  Take a walk, go to LBL and hike, get out ENJOY!!!!

As you may or may not know; 3 years ago I started a program called Kids Fitness. Kids Fitness is every Tuesday after school, FREE of charge to all K-6th grade.  We do fun fitness type activities.  As an addition to our Kids Fitness program, we are adding KIDS ZUMBA!  Beginning April 21st we will offer Kids Zumba to all students for $1 and their parents $3 each at 5:30pm every Thursday evening.  Zumba and Kids Fitness is at the Crittenden County Elementary School.  We look forward to providing another great program for families to get out and GET FIT!!!  Thank you Steffie for helping us to be able to provide Kids Zumba!!!

The studio will be open from 6am to 10pm, 7 days a week during the break. If you would like to come out and use the cardio room.  However, if you need supplements you need to get with me tomorrow. Shop will be closed next week.

Time to get Fit for Spring

It's time, Spring is near. 
Don’t you want to look and feel your best?
Whether you are getting ready for Spring Occasions like; 
Prom, Spring Break, 
the Great Outdoors or just ready to feel better, 
Fit for Spring is the program for you.

 WHEN & WHERE:
FEBRUARY 21st – March 31st  , MONDAY – THURSDAY
Fit for Spring begins on Monday, Feb. 21st, You may choose up to 2 classes per day at no extra cost.
Classes are approx. 40 minutes.

Choose the times that works for your schedule.
Registration by February 18th  $119.00.  (All Fit Campers will be eligible to participate in Fit for Spring for $99)  Payment plans available.
After February 18TH registration is $129.00.

  • Monday – Thursday
  • 6:00am – 6:40am 
  • 7:40am – 8:20am 
  • 8:30am – 9:15am  two different classes beginner and intermediate/ high intermediate –advance, these classes will be separate if class sizes are large enough.
  • 10:00am – 10:40am         Seniors classes and Basic exercise class all levels
  • 4:00pm – 4:45pm  two different classes beginner and intermediate/ high intermediate –advance, these classes will be separate if class sizes are large enough.

Classes are designed to shape and tone the body without building bulk.

Intermediate – Intermediate Programs will increase your fitness level, build defined lean muscle, decrease body fat percentage. This class is for individuals already participating in some sort of exercise routine.

Advanced – Program designed to take physically fit and active men and women to a higher fitness level. We will sculpt your body from head to toe, to have you looking and feeling your best.  Must qualify for this class by taking an advanced placement test.

Ultimate Body Challenge (UBC) is designed to transform your body. Super weight loss program, setting and achieving goals in little time.  Weight loss is all about burning more calories than you eat, but what’s the best way to do that?  Knowing the basics of how to lose weight, how to exercise for weight loss, toning and how to motivate yourself are essential for creating a program that works for you.  This program is designed for those wanting to lose 75lbs or more.

Seniors Class is designed for aging individuals that would like to regain or improve strength, balance and flexibility. Low impact class helping older adults and seniors to live fit, active and independent lifestyles and see benefits of healthy living.
