Time to get Fit for Spring

It's time, Spring is near. 
Don’t you want to look and feel your best?
Whether you are getting ready for Spring Occasions like; 
Prom, Spring Break, 
the Great Outdoors or just ready to feel better, 
Fit for Spring is the program for you.

 WHEN & WHERE:
FEBRUARY 21st – March 31st  , MONDAY – THURSDAY
Fit for Spring begins on Monday, Feb. 21st, You may choose up to 2 classes per day at no extra cost.
Classes are approx. 40 minutes.

Choose the times that works for your schedule.
Registration by February 18th  $119.00.  (All Fit Campers will be eligible to participate in Fit for Spring for $99)  Payment plans available.
After February 18TH registration is $129.00.


  • Program times:
  • Monday – Thursday
  • 6:00am – 6:40am 
  • 7:40am – 8:20am 
  • 8:30am – 9:15am  two different classes beginner and intermediate/ high intermediate –advance, these classes will be separate if class sizes are large enough.
  • 10:00am – 10:40am         Seniors classes and Basic exercise class all levels
  • 4:00pm – 4:45pm  two different classes beginner and intermediate/ high intermediate –advance, these classes will be separate if class sizes are large enough.
  • 4:45 pm – 5:30pm
  • 5:30pm – 6:15pm          
  • 6:30pm – 7:15pm 


Fit for Spring provides all training, support and motivation you will need to kick start your weight loss and fitness goals.  We will have a posted weekly schedule so you can choose which classes you would like to attend. Whether you are losing weight or maintain our programs will help you in cutting body fat, building lean muscle by combining cardio, resistance, flexibility, alternative fitness (kickboxing, yoga, zumba, iron pump, etc…) and an optional nutritional program.  The resources are provided by us to give you what you need to lose weight and define your body to the look and feel you have always wanted.  Whether you are a beginner or you have been through the process before, we can help you achieve your goals. You will find Fit for Spring  a program to be a comprehensive, educational and physically challenging exercise program that prepares you to live a healthier life and to feel your best.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTIONS:
Beginner  – Beginner Programs are designed to introduce fitness and a healthy lifestyle to individuals  seeking an exercise program to teach them how to exercise using correct form and how to achieve their personal goals, as well as feel better.  This program is Highly recommended for those wanting to build lean muscle, boost their metabolism, and lose body fat, if needed. Classes are designed to shape and tone the body without building bulk.

Intermediate – Intermediate Programs will increase your fitness level, build defined lean muscle, decrease body fat percentage. This class is for individuals already participating in some sort of exercise routine.

Advanced – Program designed to take physically fit and active men and women to a higher fitness level. We will sculpt your body from head to toe, to have you looking and feeling your best.  Must qualify for this class by taking an advanced placement test.

Ultimate Body Challenge (UBC) is designed to transform your body. Super weight loss program, setting and achieving goals in little time.  Weight loss is all about burning more calories than you eat, but what’s the best way to do that?  Knowing the basics of how to lose weight, how to exercise for weight loss, toning and how to motivate yourself are essential for creating a program that works for you.  This program is designed for those wanting to lose 75lbs or more.

Seniors Class is designed for aging individuals that would like to regain or improve strength, balance and flexibility. Low impact class helping older adults and seniors to live fit, active and independent lifestyles and see benefits of healthy living.

Benefits of programs: Superior Muscle Shape and Tone, Cardiovascular conditioning, increases flexibility, strength, balance and self esteem, increases and maintains bones density and lean muscle as well as maximum metabolic increase and fat loss.
