Fit Camp 2011 schedule announced

Its time, Feel Better, Look Better. Kick Start your Year with Fit Camp  2011. 4th  Annual Fit Camp and the results keep getting better. Last year our average inch loss was 14.75 inches.


WHEN & WHERE:
JANUARY 4TH  - FEBUARY 17TH  (Fit Camp will begin on a Tuesday, however Fit Camp runs Monday – Thursday, the rest of the camp)
Classes are approx. 40 minutes.
Celebration will be Febuary 18th in the multi-purpose room.

Choose the time that works for your schedule. Register soon classes will fill quickly.
Paid Registration by December 17th is $159.00.  Payment plans available.
Late Registration after December 17th  is $179.00.

8:30am – 9:15am  Full Body Fitness Studio
10:00am – 14:40am Full Body Fitness Studio
4:00pm – 4:45pm  Multi-Purpose Room at CCMS/CCHS
4:45 pm – 5:30pm Multi-Purpose Room at CCMS/CCHS
5:30pm – 6:15pm     Multi-Purpose Room at CCMS/CCHS
6:30pm – 7:15pm     Multi-Purpose Room at CCMS/CCHS

Fit Camp provides all training, support and motivation you will need to kick start your weight loss and fitness goals.  Cutting body fat, building lean muscle by combining cardio, resistance, flexibility and an optional nutritional program.  The resources are provided by us to give you what you need to lose weight and define your body to the look and feel you have always wanted.  Whether you are a beginner or you have been through the process before, we can help you achieve your goals. You will find Fit Camp 2011 a program to be a comprehensive, educational and physically challenging exercise program that prepares you to live a healthier life and to feel your best.
Fit Camp 2011

You will sculpt, tone and lose weight, during our 7 week fit camp.  We will have a great combination of fitness training and nutritional advice to get your year started right. All Fitness levels will benefit from Fit Camp 2011. We will have 3 different levels of classes, Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced, as well as UBC and Making the Cut. We will help you receive the results you want, whether you want to lose weight, tone up, become more fit or just feel better, we will be there for you. You will receive a challenging workout for your fitness level, nutritional advice, meal plans will be available as part of the program.  Your beginning weight, measurements, body fat percentage, can be privately documented and monitored during the 7 weeks to insure your progress. All participants will be evaluated before Fit Camp begins for fitness level placement.

Beginner  – Beginner Programs are designed to introduce fitness and a healthy lifestyle to individuals  seeking an exercise program to teach them how to exercise using correct form and how to achieve their personal goals, as well as feel better.  This program is Highly recommended for those wanting to build lean muscle, boost their metabolism, and lose body fat, if needed. Classes are designed to shape and tone the body without building bulk.
Intermediate – Intermediate Programs will increase your fitness level, build defined lean muscle, decrease body fat percentage. This class is for individuals already participating in some sort of exercise routine.
Advanced – Program designed to take physically fit and active men and women to a higher fitness level. We will sculpt your body from head to toe, to have you looking and feeling your best. 

Ultimate Body Challenge (UBC) is designed to transform your body. Super weight loss program, setting and achieving goals in little time.  Weight loss is all about burning more calories than you eat, but what’s the best way to do that?  Knowing the basics of how to lose weight, how to exercise for weight loss, toning and how to motivate yourself are essential for creating a program that works for you.  This program is designed for those wanting to lose 75lbs or more.

Couples Fit Camp
There is no better way to get in shape or lose weight, than to have a buddy you can work out with. Couples fit camp is designed to help couples or buddies to get in shape together. Fun  team activity

Making the Cut is designed for men and women to work toward a more fit physique. This program is basically for men wanting to be in better shape or women already physically fit and wanting to sculpt the body. Workout for a  defined new sculpted look.  A great way to define your whole body in a short amount of time.  6:30pm
