Thursday is last day of Fit for Spring

A few announcements:

Hope everyone has enjoyed your year so far with some great workouts.  Tomorrow is our last day for Fit for Spring 2011.  We will start back April 19th , Tuesday with Spring into Fitness 2011.  Anyone who has participated in Fit Camp or Fit for Spring will again receive a discount to participate in Spring into Fitness.  Regular price for the 6 week session is $139 but for you as current members for 2011 receive a discount and will be able to participate for $119.  I have some great ideas for the next session and you will love the recipes.  Remember if you refer a friend be sure they let us know when they sign up, that counts on your referral card and you will receive an additional discount when you refer 10.

Spring Break is next week.  Hope you enjoy and have great weather.  One of our members suggested this idea last summer and I didn’t get around to it. But , As a take off of the Crittenden Press, Where in the World is the Crittenden Press, Full Body Fitness is “Taking our Fit with Us”.  So take one of your Full Body Fitness T shirts with you on your Spring Break or any trip and send us a picture. If you don’t have a FBFS shirt, we do have some you can purchase.  I hope everyone has a great Spring Break.  Take a break from weights and basic exercise, but don’t forget to get your cardio in.  Take a walk, go to LBL and hike, get out ENJOY!!!!

As you may or may not know; 3 years ago I started a program called Kids Fitness. Kids Fitness is every Tuesday after school, FREE of charge to all K-6th grade.  We do fun fitness type activities.  As an addition to our Kids Fitness program, we are adding KIDS ZUMBA!  Beginning April 21st we will offer Kids Zumba to all students for $1 and their parents $3 each at 5:30pm every Thursday evening.  Zumba and Kids Fitness is at the Crittenden County Elementary School.  We look forward to providing another great program for families to get out and GET FIT!!!  Thank you Steffie for helping us to be able to provide Kids Zumba!!!

The studio will be open from 6am to 10pm, 7 days a week during the break. If you would like to come out and use the cardio room.  However, if you need supplements you need to get with me tomorrow. Shop will be closed next week.
