The kids are headed Back to School, routines will be back on schedule and it is time to get Back in Shape!   Whether you are looking to lose weight, shape and tone or just be healthier, we have what you need. Our many programs and classes will fit your time schedule and fitness level.  We provide all training, support and motivation you will need to achieve your goals.  Cutting body fat, building lean muscle and providing an optional nutritional plan is just some of what you receive during our 7 week Back to School ~ Back in Shape program.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTIONS:

Back to School ~ Back in Shape
 Get the physique you have always wanted. Classes are designed to shape and tone the body without building bulk. Highly recommended to those wanting to lose body fat while building lean muscle and boosting the metabolism.

Benefits of our 7 week programs: Superior Muscle Shape and Tone, Cardiovascular conditioning, increases flexibility, strength and self esteem, increases and maintains bones density and lean muscle as well as maximum metabolic increase and fat loss. Optional Nutritional Plans for those wanting to maintain a healthy lifestyle and/or lose extra weight. You have access to the Cardio room and Trainer support seven (7) days a week from 5:00AM to 10:00PM.  We help you through the rough days, when life overwhelms you.

Ultimate Body Challenge (UBC) is designed to transform your body. Super weight loss program, setting and achieving goals in little time.  Weight loss is all about burning more calories than you eat, but what’s the best way to do that?  Knowing the basics of how to lose weight, how to exercise for weight loss, toning and how to motivate yourself are essential for creating a program that works for you.

Back to School ~ Back in Shape Marion, KY 7 week program will run Monday – Thursday, beginning August 17th – October 5th.  Note: Class begins on a Tuesday, August 17th.
Classes are approx. 40 minutes.
All classes are held at Full Body Fitness Studio at 177 Nunn Jent Rd, Marion, KY, just off Chapel Hill Rd.

Choose the time that works for your schedule. Register soon classes will fill quickly.
Paid Registration by August 10th is $159.00.  Payment plans available.
Late Registration after August 10th is $179.00.

Program times:
Monday – Thursday
6:00am – 6:40am     Intermediate to Advanced
7:40am – 8:20am     Beginner to Intermediate
8:30am – 9:15am     Beginner to Intermediate
10:00am – 10:45am Beginner to Intermediate
4:00pm – 4:45pm     Beginner to Intermediate Class and an Advanced Class will be offered
4:45pm – 5:30pm     UBC
5:30pm – 6:15pm     Beginner to Intermediate
6:30pm – 7:15pm     Intermediate to Advanced

Back to School ~ Back in Shape  STURGIS, KY 7 week program will run Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at Sturgis, KY in the Sturgis Youth Center beginning at 5:30pm.  Wednesday classes are available to all Sturgis participates at our Studio in Marion, KY.
Sturgis classes begin Tuesday August 17th at 5:30pm.
